Phoenix Avenue – Highly recommended for mid-size revelries. 

Be it weddings or debut parties that have 100 to 250 guests, the 400-square meter Phoenix Avenue is complete with own air-conditioned VIP Lounge complete with a powder room for the use of the celebrant or couple. The lounge is furnished with a seating area for couples who may want to have time to greet their guests.

Just like the Champagne Hall, it has an Outdoor Cooling System that aids in keeping the temperature at comfortable levels during the event.  In August of 2013, we decided to install air-conditioning at the Phoenix Avenue to cater those clients who are looking for a bigger and enclosed area.  Clients still have the option to avail of the air-conditioning or make use of the existing cooling and misting fans.

It also has a raised stage for live entertainment and a strategically located preparation area to ease mobility for waiters of the chosen accredited caterer.

The Phoenix Avenue has luxurious ceiling décor and beautiful garden ornaments surrounding the lush greens and foliage. The spacious hall offers a lot of flexibility for any type of majestic revelry.
